• Please comment on posts to claim, we will not be accepting claims via DMs.

  • This includes adding on to existing claims. This allows transparency for all who want to claim and eliminates any confusion on who claimed first.
  • When commenting to claim please comment the members you are claiming with an emoji to represent your claim.
    • Example of a single member claim: hongjoong ⭐️
    • Example of a multi-member claim: Chan, Changbin & IN 🐼
    • When choosing an emoji please ensure it is not already in use.

• All GOs are posted on the main account with our personal B/S/T accounts added as collaborators

• We split GO tasks between us - What does this mean?

  • We will take claims, check for payments and place orders as a group.
  • Items we will be shipped directly to one of us or to one of our kaddys.
  • Depending on the amount of items we will either get together to sort or only one of us will handle sorting all items.
  • If we get together, depending on our current personal matters, we will split items by joiner for packaging and shipping - Otherwise the admin that received the items will handle packaging and shipping for all joiners.

• We collect payments in 3 parts: claims, EMS, DOMS.

  • The cost of unclaimed PCs and k-addy, payment or proxy fees will be added to EMS or to DOMS in the case of a NO EMS order.
  • If you wish to combine shipping with other GOs or with another joiner you must let us know when we are collecting EMS.
  • If customs are due they will be added to DOMS.

• Sets will need to be 6/8 claimed to go through.

  • Exceptions will apply depending on the order, some will need to be 7/8 or fully claimed to be secured.

• Leftover claims will be raffled off to joiners with the cost being split by everyone.

  • We will only proceed with the split if it remains under 3 CAD. If the cost exceeds 3 CAD, we will consult with the joiners to determine if they wish to continue before we cancel any incomplete sets.

• Each GO’s masterlist will be sent in their respective GO chats and will be labeled to match the chat’s name to make them easier to find on our Notion.

• Claim shots will be posted in google drive folders labeled with the GO Chat name.

• Claims will be subjected to sorting if the store sends uneven sets as we have no control over this.

  • We will release a Google Form for sorting once a date and time is determined via polling in the GO chat

• EMS & DOMS must be paid within 14 days once total is provided.

  • If you need an extension for payment deadlines please DM us.
  • If you fail to reach out or go beyond your extension date for any payments you will be subjected to a late fee of 1 CAD per day. You will lose your claim, without refund after 7 days.
